Other than an ATV game that I have NO interest in, I can't find any 4 player split screen racing games for the 360. SOMETHING must exist, right? I don't care if it's good or bad, motorcycle or car, as long as it supports four people at once and it's serious not something where you are shooting at each other.

When an episode of Walker Texas Ranger was aired in France, the French surrendered to Chuck Norris just to be on the safe side.

Heck, we're doing in good in most cases to have two player split screen. Even then, we're only racing the other player, most of the time. I don't know of any myself. I remember how much we used to enjoy Test Drive Lemans on the Sega Dreamcast. It was 4-player split screen and it worked marvelously!

We do seem to be going backwards in the use of splitscreen. With the original xbox 4 player splitscreen was more common than it is with the 360.

Well, the emphasis this generation is plainly on Xbox Live play, where each player has an entire screen to themselves. The problem, of course, is that it's not as easy to block out a time period to do this with your friends on Live, as compared to actually having them physically present. Plus, you can't serve them drinks, and the trash talk just isn't the same over the headset.

I'll second that pgr2 is the best of the series and the graphics hold up well today.

Forgot about that one... I'll have to dig it back out. And it is BC with the 360?

Someone mentioned Baja Edge of Control. I got to try it a bit on a 65" DLP RP tv. We played sort of a 'free roam' mode where you could pretty much go anywhere and goof off in the environment. It was pretty fun and the frame rate seemed to stay pretty high. I didn't like that you couldn't exactly tell where your friends are at all times (no 'radar'), but it was pretty fun to just do impromptu races like "follow the power lines" or "first one to the top of that big mountain".

Also I think PGR3 had 4 way split screen. I am an OFF line gamer so I'm always interested in good 4-way split games.

How DARE you question my ignorance!?!

If I remember correctly, PGR3 only supports 2 or three player split...

Mario Kart

Holding the fort on old games that play the same as the new ones, minus the $400 price tag.
